A contemporary A-frame with uninterrupted views of the riverbank, it offers a rare balance of connection and escape - where mornings begin slow and days are spent exploring the forest, trails and townships of the Murray Region, and evenings unfold around the generous lounge with family and friends.
Beautifully arranged across three levels, the home features light-filled double-height interiors, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and a flexible layout designed for both gathering and retreat. A dedicated rumpus room provides a separate space dedicated for kids and teens - think sleepover movie nights, games and quiet downtime, making River House especially well-suited to families and larger groups.
Available in two configurations, River House welcomes intimate stays for up to six guests or expands seamlessly to accommodate up to twelve guests. Dog-friendly and perfectly positioned between Pinjarra, Dwellingup and Mandurah, it is a boutique accommodation experience grounded in nature, design and a genuine sense of place.

Pinjarra is a historic riverside town in Western Australia, located roughly an hour’s drive south of the Perth CBD—making it an ideal weekender destination. The River House is positioned at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, directly opposite the riverbank.

Take a brief 5 minute stroll along the riverbank and over the Pinjarra suspension bridge to the cafes and boutique stores, Edenvale Heritage precinct and the Exchange Hotel along George Street.
